Ashley stopped by for some photos last week and was a real trooper when I asked if she could come back again tonight for a few more with her hair straightened.

This is one that caught my eye from our first session and one from tonight. I will have the other photos ready soon!

Goin' to the Chapel - the Bell Tower Chapel

Leslie and Stephen had a beautiful ceremony in a gorgeous little chapel. They were surrounded by family, friends and fun - every where I turned there werw beaming smiles and people having a fantastic time!

Leslie looked absolutely amazing!

Happy 4th of July everyone

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July and got a chance to enjoy the sunshine!

We had our great friends Becky, Gregg & their boys over to the house for a BBQ. We played some games - the kids cheated I'm sure :-) - and then we walked to Blue Lake for their fireworks.

It was a great day!!

Nothing like a mini vacation to help a person get caught up on some things (like taking photos of her own son) :)

I saw this cool wall on my way home one day and knew I had to go back for photos so I brought my son along to be my model as I tested everything out (we'll definitely be going back here!)

A lot of learning (and fun too)

I just spent 4 days in Utah attending a photography seminar. My brain is full, my creativity has been sparked and I can't wait for this year's senior sessions to begin! We're going to have a LOT of fun this year.

I've purchased 2 super cool - hot off the presses backgrounds (the top picture shows a little bit of one of them.) Now it's going to be just as fun to stay inside for photos as it is to go out on location.

While I was in Utah I managed to watch the US Ski Team practice their jumps and tricks at the Olympic Park and OMG these guys are amazing!!

The O'Connor Family

This was a busy weekend (photos of Sully, then helping out with a wedding and the O'Connor Family too). A weekend full of photography beats a weekend full of chores and laundry everytime!

A few weeks ago a dear friend of mine said "it's time for a new family photo" and of course I say "OK". :) Then she said ... no you don't understand - I mean my whole family... the wheels started spinning - where to go, when to do the photo session. It took a try or two to find a time that would work but we finally found it!

Darcie - your family is wonderful, they were all troopers and did a fantastic job!! Here's one sneak peek of the first photo we took to start the session. A pretty good lookin' bunch, don't ya think?
